I've been living in Mexico for over a year now. This sacred land has held me through some of the biggest transformations of my life. When I was told to dismantle life as I knew it which meant leaving a 6 year relationship and pivoting in career, I was also instructed very clearly to relocate to Mexico. This lead to a year long break from social media without even logging in. I completely unplugged. I wasn't sure how it was all going to unfold, all I knew was it was time to trust fall completely with the Universe. What happened next, I couldn't have manifested better if I tried. It felt only right to host this retreat in the land that helped me return home to me. The place where I found comfort in the unknown.

Experiencing this profound cleansing practice has been a recurring expereince for me while living in Mexico. I met an abuelita who has one of the purest hearts I've ever met. She is 3 hours away from me and though there are some nearby where I stay, I still travel to see her. I am excited to release with you in this ceremony.

Dusah Wiseman
Dusah, also known as Serpent Goddess, is an interdisciplinary artist, author, and wellness guide devoted to the practice of inner alchemy and embodied healing. Trained by indigenous elders and respected industry leaders, her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern spiritual practice.
With a Mother from Mississippi with Native descent and a Nigerian Father, her ancestry spoke to her before she was even aware. As a child she loved communing with the elements and performing rain dances. It's no wonder she now resides in the sacred jungles of Mexico embracing animism and slow living with her two children.
Her medicine bag includes yoga, pranayama, qigong, meditation, herbalism, music, dance, film, and somatic based practices. At the intersection of spirituality and creativity, Dusah invites both shadow and light to merge, inspiring the full embodiment of one’s true purpose. Her work honors ancestral memory, bloodline healing, and the sacred balance of feminine and masculine energies that live within all people.

During my great unplugging that began from a 3 week hospitalization, I received visions through fever dreams of who I was to become. Up until that point, I built a following as a wellness guide. However the artist in me was begging to be seen. I've been performing in talent shows since I was 5, competed in poetry slams, I've been in bands, and I went to Art School for college. The moment I began to incorporate all parts of my being rather than being digestible, magic beyond what I had experienced began to unfold. Through this full integration of self, I realized spirituality and creativity are one and the same. Artists throughout history have healed through their mediums, documented history, and even caused revolutions. This is your invitation to allow all parts of you to come to the surface. Everyone is an artist. The question is, what does your soul really wish to express?
